Description
The function of the reeling machine is to manage the reeling process, unravelling the burrs from the cocoons and collecting them on the reels.
Each reel corresponds to a reel spooler, a count sensor, a rollers system for cake formation and a blocking device in the event of a spinning defect.
Using a touchscreen monitor, it is possible to manage the operation of the machine, checking production times and speeds, entering the reference ID of the production batch and finally recording the number of burrs being worked with, to check the amount of unravelled wire (in linear metres and in grams).

Operational Specifications
MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
to set up and verify production data on the monitor:
- ID ID;
- the number of burrs;
- the rotation speed of the reels;
- the quantity (in metres) of wire produced;
- the weight (in grams) of the skein produced;
- working time.
CONTROL DEVICES
to ensure impurity-free and homogeneous production in the section:
- adjustable speed burr hitch system;
- nectar sensors and title control;
- rollers system for cake formation;
- locking device for each reel.
SECURITY SYSTEMS
for sustainable work:
- mechanical lock with closed-loop control system;
- friction devices;
- life-saving and circuit breaker;
- water detection sensor in the tank;
- CE mark.
