Description

The first in the line in order of use, the machine has the function of macerating the cocoons to soften the sericin and facilitate the unravelling of the burrs in the subsequent reeling process. 

Equipped with a maceration chamber, the machine allows you to alternate depressurization phases and controlled pressurization phases, so that the hot water, penetrating inside the cocoons, dissolves the sericin and frees the fibers.

The process innovation allows the burrs to be reeled in using low temperature water.

  • the time to restore atmospheric pressure conditions;

for sustainable work:

  • life-saving and circuit breaker;

The vacuum macerator is equipped with certification and affixing of the CE MARK ,
as per European legislation on health and safety at work:
EN 61000-6-2 (2019); EN 61000-6-4 (2019); EN 60204-1 (2018).
